This is the text: “Turin, October 25, 2022 – Juventus Football Club SpA (“Juventus” or the “Company”) informs that last night, Monday, October 24, notice of notification of the completion of the preliminary investigation and “guarantee information of the prosecutor’s office when court of Turin with reference to the notice of certain crimes against the Company in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as some of its current and former representatives on the investigations, was brought to the attention of the market through a press release dated November 27, 2021.
