Chamber of the Russian Football Union (RFS ) for the settlement of disputes, decided to ban the Moscow region “Khimki” registering new players due to a debt to a defender Elmir Nabiullin reported on website RFS.
Nabiullin left Khimki in the summer of 2022 after a year with the team.
— Satisfy Nabiullin’s claim regarding FC Khimki for debt recovery under the agreement on the termination of the employment contract, taking into account the clarification of the requirements in full. Oblige the club to pay the player the debt under the agreement to terminate the employment contract, as well as interest for late payment.
Apply a provisional ban on the registration of new players to FC Khimki. This prohibition comes into effect from the moment a resolution of this decision is taken and can be lifted if the obligations towards Nabiullin established by this decision are fulfilled, the message indicates.
In addition, the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the RFU granted the request of Vladikavkaz “Alania” to “Khimki” to collect the debt under the transfer contract for the transfer of football player Butta Magomedov. As an interim measure in this case, a ban on the registration of new players was also applied to the club from the Moscow region.
