Insider Ivan Karpov revealed the details of the conflict that occurred between the player Oston Urunov and the head coach of “Ural” Viktor Gancharenko as a result of which the contract with the player was terminated.
Earlier, a source told that the conflict between Urunov and the head coach was the reason for the termination of the contract with the player.
As Karpov wrote in his telegram channel, initially in training, Urunov played enough in the Urals starting lineup for the WORLD RPL 12th round match with Khimki (held on October 7), but just before the game, Gancharenko changed tactics and decided to leave the player on the bench. On the part of Urunov, this decision caused great dissatisfaction and led the footballer to allow himself unnecessary statements about the coach.
At the same time, RB Sport, also citing its own sources, claims that this situation did not happen before the match with Khimki, but before the match against Sochi (October 20) in the Fonbet Cup of Russia. Directly in the match itself, during the second half, Gancharenko decided to release a football player as a substitute, but Urunov allegedly even refused to warm up.
