The Celts missed the penalty kick, Madrid scored two of their own
Madrid Real crushed Celtic in the last round Champions League – 5:1.
In the first half, the audience saw as many as three penalties. At the very beginning of the match, a penalty kick was converted by Luka Modric, then Rodrigo struck right from the “point”. Celtic had an opportunity to close the gap even before the break, but Juranovic missed his penalty.
In the second half, Madrid continued to smash the opponent, Asensio, Vinicius and Valverde scored in turn with an interval of 10 minutes. Celtic got away from a dry defeat – a powerful blow at the very top nine was delivered by Jota from a free kick.
