The finalists of the last draw of the tournament will play each other
The draw took place in Nyon, Switzerland 1/8 finals of the Champions League season 2022/2023.
16 clubs took part in the draw: group winners and teams that took second place in the quartets. Recall that representatives of the same country and teams that played in the same group could not play in the 1/8 finals.
Brugge, which includes Ukrainians Roman Yaremchuk and Eduard Sobol, will play against Benfica. Real Ukrainian goalkeeper Andrei Lunin will play with Liverpool – this will be a meeting of the finalists of the last tournament draw.

The first legs of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League will take place on 14/15 and 21/22 February, and the return legs will be played on 7/8 and 14/15 March.
The final of the current Champions League draw will be held on June 10, 2023 in Istanbul at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium.
