Kryvbas beat Vorskla in a match with three removals and two penalties

The second win of the Verniduba team of the season

In the match of the twelfth round of the championship of Ukraine Kryvbas minimally won Vorskla with a score of 1:0. The fight took place in Lviv at the stadium Ukraine.

The duel was interrupted due to an air raid at the very beginning of the game. After the resumption of the match, Kryvbas got the right to a penalty kick, but Dmytro Khomchenkovskiy did not outplay Dmytro Riznyk. Before the end of the first half, two more events happened: first, Andrei Ponedelnik received a direct red card, and Seferi was removed from Vorskla for two yellow cards.

After the break, Kryvbas got the opportunity to hit a penalty kick again, which was converted by Rifet Kapic. And a few minutes later, the Poltava left nine, after the removal of Marlison.

This victory was the second for Yuriy Vernidub’s team this season, Kryvbas scored 9 points and is now in 13th place. Vorskla is in 9th position.

In the next round of the UPL, Kryvbas will play against Metallist, and Vorskla will play against Dnipro-1.
