Previously, the footballer was called up to the Croatian national team for the 2022 World Cup. The World Cup will be held in Qatar and will start on November 20.
“They hope for Lovren in the Croatian national team, since they are called up for the World Cup. Maybe he is stronger than other Croatian central defenders. At Zenit, Lovren does not whip moments and does not not interfere with the team”, quotes RB Sport Gavrilov.
Recall that at the 2018 World Cup the Croatian team won silver medals.
