This was stated by the midfielder of the national team Ruslan Malinovsky in a commentary by the Ukrainian Football Association. “I got in a good mood, because the team does not gather for a long time. In this difficult moment, everyone understands how important it is to prepare well and represent Ukraine in the international arena. Of course, we will try to get to the World Cup.

We had a difficult season at Atalanta because there was a COVID, injuries to key players, a lot of newcomers came in at the start of the season. It’s not easy to show the football Atalanta has played.

We played in the Champions League for three consecutive years, but after the winter in the second half of the championship we lost a lot of points, so we didn’t finish the championship as lightly as we’d like.
