Youth national team of Ukraine U-16made up of players not older than 2007, received opponents for Euro 2024 qualifying roundthe final tournament of which will be held in Cyprus.
According to the results of the draw, which took place on December 8 at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon. 52 teams were divided into 13 groups. The Ukrainians got into Group 3, where they will compete with the national teams of Germany, Finland and Liechtenstein.
Cyprus, as the hosts, received a direct pass to the final stage, and the Netherlands national team will begin to fight with the elite round of selection.
Mini-tournaments at this stage of qualification will be held from July 1 to November 21, 2023. The winners of the two first places in the qualifying groups and the top five third place winners based on the results of matches with the first and second teams will advance to the elite qualifying round.
