THE GAME!
Santos started the game going forward. At nine minutes, Lucas Pires took a free-kick from the right midfielder straight into the goal and Bologna ended up letting it slip away. On the rebound, Zanocelo completed with a beak and sent it to the nets, but the flag already marked offside position for the Santos midfielder.
With the passage of time, Santos calmed down and Banfield started to get right in the game, but at 33 minutes, Marcos Leonardo was brought down by Tanco inside the area and the referee called the penalty! The boy himself took the charge and hit hard, in the middle of the goal, to displace Bologna and open the score for Peixe!
But at the end of the first half, the Argentines got the equalizer. At 45, Domingo appeared in the middle, took advantage of the leftover ball, arranged for the right leg and hit a kick, in the left angle of João Paulo, who stretched, but couldn’t do anything. What a goal! All the same in the village at the end of the first stage!
