Midfielder Naples Khvisha Kvaratskhelia will soon extend the current contract with the Italian team, according to La Gazetta dello Sport.
According to the source, the Neapolitan club’s new agreement with the Georgian footballer will be calculated until 2028, and Kvaratskhelia’s salary will be doubled.
Kvaratskhelia terminated the contract with Rubin Kazan in March and played for Dynamo Batumi until the end of last season. His current contract with Napoli runs until the summer of 2027.
Being part of the Neapolitans, the midfielder played 17 games, scored eight goals and provided 10 assists.
