Blanco and Amash will come to the Dnipro training camp, they will negotiate with other legionnaires regarding their readiness to compete in Ukraine
Sports Director Dnepr-1 Evgeny Krasnikov spoke about the personnel situation. Dnipro plans to decide on the list of legionnaires in the team and look for new players.
“Blanco and Amash should come to the training camp. Busanello’s loan is up and we’re looking for full-backs. We are talking with Veres about Pasich [Евгения] and we need another full-back.”
“There is also a lack of attacking midfielders. Perhaps we will ask Metallist for someone to rent. Fees will show.
“Foreign players? There is a problem that some foreigners were afraid to go to Lviv, to Krivoy Rog. If a foreigner agrees to go and play all the matches, then he will be in the team. If not, we will rely on our players.”
“Bill has to come to the training camp, Pires – I don’t know. Whether Bill stays or not is up to him. Kucher needs players who fight from the first to the last minute, tactically smart.”
Earlier it was reported that the Dnipro team will gather in Slovakia, then the team will go to Turkey for a two-week training camp. The Kucher team will recognize sparring partners closer to the start of the training camp.
Dnipro-1 is leading in the Ukrainian championship, ahead of Shakhtar by five points. The national championship will resume in March. Also in the spring, the team of Alexander Kucher will play with the Cypriot AEK in the 1/16 finals of the Conference League.
