Winger named Shakhtar’s Player of the Year in 2022
Winger Miner Mikhail Mudrik summed up the outgoing 2022.

Mudryk has been named Shakhtar’s Player of the Year for 2022, winning the award for the second year in a row. In the vote of the fans, the winger confidently overtook goalkeeper Anatoly Trubin and midfielder Taras Stepanenko.
Earlier it was reported that Arsenal made an improved offer for Mudrik. Recall that the Pitmen want to earn about 100 million euros on the player’s transfer.
This season, Mikhail played in 18 matches for Shakhtar, scoring 10 goals and providing eight assists. The winger, along with another Gornyakov player, Anatoly Trubin, was named to the 2022 Under-21 Team.
Shakhtar is in second place in the UPL standings. The miners will play in the 1/16 Europa League in the spring.
