According to the publication, the incident happened at a nightclub in Barcelona on Friday. Police are investigating the case following a complaint from a woman who said another customer at the establishment touched her under her clothes. The alleged victim accuses former Barcelona footballer Dani Alves.
The woman underwent a medical examination, the investigators collected her testimony, as well as that of a witness who was at the disco. The player left the scene before the police arrived. His entourage denies that the player broke the law.
Alves is a player for the Mexican club Pumas. The 39-year-old Brazilian is currently on vacation in Barcelona.
