During a lengthy interview provided by Sky, Romelu Lukaku talk about relationships with Simone Inzaghi
“I get along well because he knows how to stimulate the players. He knows how to find the lion that is inside of me. From time to time, when there is an opportunity, he tells me: “I left him.” And I look at him, and I say, I say, “Oh, okay, look now.” He provokes me, yes. And there is always a reaction. And for me it’s good. We have a good relationship between coach and player. He knows that I really respect him. As I told him, he was with my brother for many years in Lazio and he always got along well. We talked a lot last year. But this applies to the whole team, it’s not just the relationship between Romelu and the coach. There is one conflict between Inzaghi and all players. We want to succeed for this club and for the fans. We want to achieve good results in the next six months and we are working on it.”
