If at the beginning of 2022 UEFA advised to follow Mikhail Mudrik, and they were right, now his teammate Georgy Sudakov is in the top 40 promising players under 21.
The appearance of a 20-year-old football player on the list is explained by UEFA as follows:
“We selected in 2022 as one of the best young talents, Mikhail Mudrik may be the best in Shakhtar this season, but Sudakov’s growth is also remarkable. Heorhiy played in all six matches in the group stage of Champions League, provided two assists and rarely lost the ball”.
Note that according to Transfermarkt, Sudakov’s estimated value, at the moment, is 6 million euros.
