Even without scoring goals, the Liverpool won. The game
Leicester opened the scoring after just three minutes of play, with a goal by Dewsbury-Hall. After a goal kick, the visiting team made a good exchange of passes and the winger kept the ball to advance and take advantage of the failure of Liverpool’s defense, in the departure of goalkeeper Alisson: 0 to 1.
Still in the first half, defender Faes scored two bizarre own goals and turned the duel over to Liverpool. Leicester had the best moment in the match, but ended up losing the lead in just six and a half minutes.
