Franco Camozzi, former adviser to the former president of Spartak Leonid Fedun believes that the departure of the defender Dejana Lovrena from Zenit will not make the Petersburgers weaker than the Red-White team.
Zenit announced Lovren’s return to Lyon on Monday. The 33-year-old Croatian has been playing for the Bleu-Blanc-Blues since 2020, becoming a double Russian champion.
– Did Spartak have more chances to fight Zenit after Lovren’s departure? Lovren is a good player. It’s a loss for Zenit, but they still have a better team than Spartak. But in football, if you believe in your work, you can achieve any goal,” Camozzi told Sport24.
