The Londoners are working on a deal
Arsenal and Miner continue negotiations on the possible transfer of the Ukrainian midfielder Mikhail Mudrik.
The Gunners are willing to pay an amount that will satisfy the Pitmen – about 85 million pounds. An agreement has yet to be reached, but Arsenal are working hard to find a compromise.
Recall that the first offer of the Gunners (40 million euros plus 20 million in various bonuses) was rejected. Arsenal have already made a new offer to the Pitmen, increasing the principal amount by 10 million euros.
It is known that Mudrik has already agreed with the London club the terms of a personal contract. In the camp of the miner, they declared their desire to receive about 100 million euros for Mikhail.
Mudrik, along with another Gornyakov player, Anatoly Trubin, was included in the 2022 symbolic team among players under 21. In addition, for the second year in a row, Mikhail was recognized as the best player of Shakhtar according to the fans.
Shakhtar is in second place in the UPL standings. Arsenal are top of the Premier League table.
