Athletistic/ Football. Argentina head coach Lionel Scaloni has been named Coach of the Year by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics. Scaloni led Argentina to victory at the 2022 World Cup.
Scaloni finished first with 240 points, replacing Italy head coach Roberto Mancini, the 2021 winner.
France head coach Didier Deschamps finished second with 45 points.
In third place is Walid Regragui, head coach of the Moroccan national team, who scored thirty points. The top five coaches in 2022 also included Zlatko Dalic (Croatia) and Hajime Moriyasu (Japan).
