Atalanta on the road won a strong-willed victory in an away match with Bologna in the 17th round Serie A – 2:1.
The hosts quickly opened the scoring, Riccardo Orsolini scored in the sixth minute. Before the break, Bologna did not allow the opponent to recoup.
Atalanta managed to turn the tide of the fight right after the resumption of the match. Substitute Jeremy Boga scored two assists. First, Ten Kopmeiners scored from his serve, and then Rasmus Hoylund set the final score.
Atalanta are sixth in Serie A with 31 points, level with Roma and Lazio. Bologna is in 12th place with 19 points.
Bergamaschi will host Salernitana on January 15 in the next match. Bologna on the same day will play on the road with Udinese.
