“Al Nasr” denied media reports that, in the contract with Cristiano Ronaldo there is a clause that the Portuguese will become an ambassador for Saudi Arabia’s bid to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
– Al-Nasr would like to clarify that, contrary to media reports, Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract with the club does not entail any obligation for World Cup bids.
His main focus is the team and working with his teammates, Al-Nasr said in a statement.
Ronaldo, 37, joined Al-Nasr from Saudi Arabia at the end of December, signing a two-year contract.
