The Ukrainian made his debut match for Marseille
Ukrainian midfielder of Marseille Ruslan Malinovsky commented on his debut match in the new team.
“I am happy to have played my first minutes and experienced my first success with Marseille. I think this is just the beginning,” said the Ukrainian.
“I still have to work but I am disappointed with this yellow card because there was no foul. I tried to help the team. There was a score of 2:0, it was necessary to keep the result. So I tried to protect and help my partners.”
In every game I have to give my all, see what I did wrong, work for the team and perform better in the next game. I feel good, we worked hard in December in Italy during the preparation, the physical condition will not be a problem for me.”
Malinowski made his debut for Marseille in the match against Troyes (2:0) after his transfer from Atalanta. The Ukrainian entered the field in the 67th minute and almost immediately received a yellow card for a dangerous tackle.
Marseille are in third place in the standings. In the next round, Olympique will host Lorient on January 14.
