Almost 43% of expenses are wages
Veres decided on the budget for the second part of the 2022/23 season – it will amount to 54.7 million hryvnia.
At the same time, 43% are the costs of wages for football players and coaches of all club teams. Almost 30% of the total amount is the cost of equipment, transport, food, medicine, field preparation and organization of home matches.
17% of the budget covers investments for the development of the training base and the purchase of the necessary equipment. The budget deficit of the Rivne club amounted to about 10 million hryvnia.
In addition, Veres has decided on the club’s transfer policy strategy for 2023. Top priorities: central and flank defenders, defensive midfielder and forward.
Veres has already signed three rookies in the winter transfer window. The club from Rivne signed winger Ingulets Andriy Bliznichenko. Also defenders Denis Balan and Daniil Khondak moved to Veres.
Having lost four matches in a row at the finish of the first round, Veres is in 10th place in the UPL standings. In the next match in the spring, Yuriy Wirth’s team will host Chernomorets.
