The Englishman is delighted with the debut of Mikhail in the camp of Chelsea
Former Manchester United defender and now British television pundit Gary Neville expressed admiration for the debut of the Ukrainian midfielder Mikhail Mudrik in Chelsea.
“After seeing Mudrik play for 10 minutes, I wouldn’t want to stand up to him,” Neville tweeted.
The Ukrainian made his debut in the game with Liverpool (0:0). Mudrik entered the field in the middle of the second half, replacing Lewis Hall in Chelsea.
According to Blues coach Graham Potter, the winger managed to demonstrate his qualities already in the first game for Chelsea. At the same time, the coach acknowledges that Mudrik needs time to adapt.
Chelsea are in 10th position in the Premier League. On February 3, Potter’s team will host Fulham.
