Celtic defender Josip Yuranovich moved to Union Berlin. The contract with the player of the Croatian national team is calculated until the summer of 2027.
Celtic are reportedly guaranteed £7.5m for the 27-year-old. With bonuses, the total transfer could rise to £10m.
Earlier it was reported that Barcelona, Atletico and several other Premier League clubs were interested in Juranovic. Celtic made an attempt to keep the player, but still agreed to sell the Croat.
Juranovic has made 18 appearances for Celtic in all competitions this season, scoring a goal and providing one assist. As part of the Croatian national team at the 2022 World Cup, the defender played in six fights and scored an assist.
Union Berlin is third in the Bundesliga, five points behind leaders Bayern Munich. The next matchup for the Irons is Werder Bremen on January 25th.
