The goalkeeper went with Dynamo to training camp in Turkey
Dynamo Kyiv goalkeeper Denis Boyko told how his recovery is going and when he will be able to return to the general group.
“The second stage of recovery and preparation has begun. Everything is going according to plan, step by step. 5-7 days ago I started running. Physical trainers and our doctors know my work plan, everything is scheduled. We are systematically preparing for me to resume training in the general group and be able to fully work with the team.”
“It all comes down to 2-3 months of recovery and systematic preparation. Probably, during this period I will be able to work on the football field and in the general group.
Recall that Boyko went with Dynamo to a training camp in Turkey. Denis will do light running work.
Boyko was injured in the match of the 6th round of the UPL against Rukh (3:0). According to doctors’ preliminary estimates, the goalkeeper’s recovery will take six to seven months.
Mircea Lucescu’s wards did not make it to the Eurospring, having left the group stage of the Europa League. In the standings of the UPL, the Kievans occupy the third position. The team will play their next match in the Ukrainian championship with Ingulets, the base day of the tour is March 4.
