The Ukrainian was in the application for the match with Villarreal
Ukrainian midfielder Girona Victor Tsygankov may make his debut for his new club in the next round of La Liga.
The midfielder got into the application for the match with Villarreal (0:1), but did not appear on the field. Girona coach Michel counts on a Ukrainian who trains in the general group without restrictions.
Thus, Victor’s upcoming debut match as part of the Spaniards may take place in one of the two upcoming home matches in La Liga – with Barcelona (January 28) or Valencia (February 5).
Tsygankov has signed a contract with Girona until the summer of 2027. The Spanish club paid five million euros for the midfielder. Also, Dynamo will receive 50% of the amount of the subsequent resale of the Ukrainian.
Girona is 11th in La Liga. Barcelona are leading the league table, three points ahead of Real Madrid.
