Rookie Citizens signed a contract for a period of five and a half years
Manchester city on his official website announced the transfer of Argentine midfielder Vélez Sarsfield Maximo Perrone. The midfielder signed a contract with the new club for a period of five and a half years.
Perrone made his debut for Vélez in March 2022 and has since made a total of 33 appearances for the team, scoring three goals and providing two assists. The football player also played for various youth teams of Argentina.
The midfielder will join Manchester City after the conclusion of the South American Youth Championship. According to Transfermarkt, the transfer amounted to 11 million euros.
Manchester City are second in the Premier League table. City’s next match will be against Arsenal in the FA Cup. The meeting will take place on January 27 at 22:00 Kyiv time.
