“I don’t like 10-hour trips, but they improved team relations” – Vera on the closure of Orenburg airport

Argentinian midfielderOrenburg » Lucas Vera told Sport24 that the closure of the airport in the team’s hometown has helped to improve relations within the team due to long trips together.

– One of the challenges is a closed airport. How are you in these conditions?

– Oh … It was difficult at first. Although in the end, the long journeys have improved the relations within the team, because we spend a lot of time on the road. I definitely don’t like trips of 10 hours or more. But we take advantage of this time to get to know each other better.

Vera moved to Orenburg from Argentina’s Lanus last summer. This season, the 25-year-old has made 18 appearances for Orenburg, scored 1 goal and provided 4 assists.
