Alfred Schreuder left his post after showing the worst streak in the history of the Dutch giants.

Ajax is once again looking for a head coach. Alfred Schroyder was fired from his post after only six months.

The management of the Dutch giant announced the sacking of the specialist after the 1-1 draw with Volendam in the 18th round of the Eredivisie.

Note that after this result, Amsterdam’s losing streak in the national championship is now 7 matches. This has not happened at the club since 1965 – it is a repeat of the worst series. The club is currently in fifth place in the standings.

Schreuder took over Ajax after Erik ten Hag left for Manchester United. The contract with the Dutch specialist is calculated until June 2024.
