Midfielder Girona Victor Tsygankov remained in the reserve team for the home match of the 19th round Spanish Championship vs Barcelona.
Tsygankov has not yet made his debut for Girona. Last week, the Ukrainian got into the team’s squad for the match against Villarreal (0:1), but did not appear on the field.
Tsygankov has signed a contract with Girona until the summer of 2027. The Spanish club paid five million euros for the midfielder. Also, Dynamo will receive 50% of the amount of the subsequent resale of the Ukrainian.
Girona is 12th in La Liga with 21 points. The match between the White-Reds and Barcelona will take place on January 28, starting at 17:15 Kyiv time.
