Villarreal surprises and beats Bayern Munich in the Champions League

Playing at home, Villarreal managed to hold back Bayern Munich’s powerful attack and came out with victory in the first leg of the Champions League quarterfinals.

Then, in the 20th minute, Kimmich took a corner into the area, Villarreal’s defense partially took it out, but Davies managed to stay with it and risked twice, but stopped in the good defenses of Rulli.

Bayern Munich continued to press in search of the equalizer, but had difficulties to overcome the defense of Villarreal, who managed to defend very well and guarantee the victory: 1 to 0!
