The club parted ways with the previous coach Igor Zhabchenko in December
Ex-player of the Ukrainian national team and former head coach of Kamenskaya Stal Sergey Diryavka headed Gornyak-Sport.
The specialist previously worked as an assistant coach in Dnipro-1, Mariupol and Vorskla. Over the past two years, Diryavka was a member of the coaching staff of VPK-Agro, Peremohy, and also worked in the Dnipropetrovsk Region Football Association.
In December, Gornyak-Sport parted ways with head coach Igor Zhabchenko. Sports Director of the club from Horishni Plavni Alexei Shalaev assured that the team will not cease to exist and will continue to perform in the second part of the season.
Gornyak-Sport finished the first part of the season in eighth place in Group B of the First League, scoring eight points in 14 games. In the spring, the Diryavka team will play in the elimination group for the right to remain in the division.
