Shakhtar made a comeback in the match with Ludogorets, equalizing the score in stoppage time

Bondarenko converted a penalty in the 90+6th minute

Miner tied with Bulgarian Ludogorets (2:2) in a friendly match as part of the second training camp in Turkey.

In the middle of the first half, the Pitmen conceded two goals. Effective blows on account of the Brazilian legionnaires Ludogorets Igor Thiago and Nonato.

In the 72nd minute, Lassina Traore reduced Shakhtar’s gap, and in stoppage time the Pitmen equalized the score. On 90+6 minutes, Artem Bondarenko converted a penalty.

As part of Ludogorets, Ukrainian defender Igor Plastun received playing time. He came on as a substitute at the end of the meeting.

Note that Oleg Ocheretko and Yegor Nazarina were injured. Both Shakhtar players were unable to continue the match and left the field early.

Earlier in Turkey, the team of Igor Jovićević lost in sparring to Austria (1:2) and tied with the Slovenian Koper (2:2). The Pitmen will play their next test match on February 1 against Maribor.

Following the results of the group stage of the Champions League, Shakhtar finished third in the quartet and advanced to the playoffs of the Europa League. In February, the Pitmen will play with Rennes in the 1/16 finals of the LE.

Jovičević’s team also ranks second in the UPL standings, 5 points behind Dnipro-1. In the first match of the second round, Shakhtar will play against Metalist 1925.
