Kaliningrad Arena wants to host the Russian Football Super Cup and is preparing a bid, reports RB Sport.
Earlier it was reported that Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod and Yekaterinburg asked to organize the meeting.
St. Petersburg, several Moscow arenas, as well as Kaliningrad, presented this idea on the sidelines.
As RB Sport informs, the Russian Super Cup is scheduled for July 9, as indicated in the draft calendar structure for the 2021/22 season.
In the match for the Super Cup, Russian football champion Zenit and the owner of the Russian Cup BETCITY, in the final of which Dynamo and Spartak will play on May 29, should play. The meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. Moscow time.
