Dmitry for the first time in his career became the winner of the World Cup stage
Ukrainian athlete Dmitry Kotovsky won gold medal at the stage World Cup in ski acrobatics V Deer ValleyUSA.
In the super-final, Kotovsky performed a triple somersault with five twists (full-triple full-full). Dmitry scored 138.32 points in total.
Kotovsky won the World Cup gold for the first time in his career. In January, Kotovsky won silver and bronze at the World Cup in Le Relay, Canada.
Kotovsky also became the fourth representative of the Ukrainian men’s team to win gold at the World Cup stage. Previously, Enver Ablaev, Stanislav Kravchuk and Alexander Abramenko managed to do this.
Fourth place in Deer Valley was taken by Ukrainian Volodymyr Kushnir. Another representative of Ukraine Maxim Kuznetsov finished the competition in sixth position.
