Dynamo goalkeeper to miss about six weeks
Goalkeeper Dynamo Georgiy Bushchan successfully underwent surgery to remove a herniated disc in Munich. The player will need about a month and a half to recover from the operation.
It should be noted that Buschan did not play in the control matches of the Kyiv team at the training camp in Turkey due to inflammation of the Achilles tendon.
In early September last year, in the match of the first round of the Europa League with Fenerbahce, Buschan injured his knee. The goalkeeper was successfully operated on in Barcelona.
This season, the goalkeeper has played nine matches for the blue and white in all competitions, in which he conceded 15 goals and played two clean sheets.
Mircea Lucescu’s wards did not make it to the Eurospring, having left the group stage of the Europa League. In the standings of the UPL, the Kievans occupy the third position. The team will play their next match in the Ukrainian championship with Ingulets, the base day of the tour is March 4.
