Winter Cup-2023 tournament should start today
Organizer Winter Cup-2023 Alexander Denisov spoke about the possible disruption of the start of the tournament, which was scheduled for today. The start of the tournament may be delayed due to the earthquake in southeastern Turkey and Syria, which killed hundreds of people.
“As long as all these terrible events do not affect the conduct of the tournament, everything is going according to plan. But we are waiting for the official position of the Turkish authorities, everything can change at any moment,” Denisov said.
Recall that the international tournament Winter Cup 2023 with the participation of Ukrainian clubs will be held in Turkey. The participants of the tournament will be representatives of the UPL – Vorskla and Veres, the leader of the First League Polesie and the club of the Major League of Estonia – Levadia.
The opening match of the tournament was supposed to take place today. The match between Polesie and Vorskla is scheduled for 18:30.
