Team of Ukraine will play a friendly match with Brentford March 23.
Earlier it was reported about the planned test match of the national team on this day. It is noted that the former head coach of the Blue-and-Yellows Alexander Petrakov agreed on the match with Brentford. Recall that the coach attended the match of the second round of the Brentford Premier League with Manchester United in the summer.
The Ukrainian national team will play in Group C against Italy, England, North Macedonia and Malta in the Euro 2024 qualifying tournament. All matches of the Blue-Yellows will be broadcast on the ICTV channel as part of the all-Ukrainian telethon “United News”.
The first official match for the Ukrainian national team will be the match against England. The meeting will take place at Wembley on March 26, all tickets for the match have already been sold.
At the moment, Ukraine remains without a head coach. The UAF did not renew the contract with Alexander Petrakov, after which the coach led the Armenian team.
