Reggina 1914 reaffirms the commitment to the FIGC, the city and the fans, a commitment to transparency and rigor in governance.
A commitment that is also specifically supported by our request, already executed by the court of Reggio di Calabria, in relation to a restructuring plan relating to past debts. Debts that the new owner has chosen to face and take on in order to ensure the succession of the Company.
This is our commitment, and we reaffirm it in the future. We repeat this clearly here as well.
Only debt restructuring, its homologation will be able to determine debt positions once and for all and finally close the past.
We will submit the plan by the end of April, in accordance with the court’s deadline, which will inevitably occur after federal deadlines.
Thus, we live in a special situation resulting from the coincidence of federal deadlines with the process of implementing the debt restructuring plan, which already began in December last year.
We are confident that the plan will be approved quickly so that the previous chapter of debts will be finally closed to be able to focus solely on the development of our sports and social project, with the usual strong commitment from the owners, administrators and the entire Club.
