Replaced fired Breitenreiter
American Pellegrino Matarazzo officially led by Hoffenheim. The contract of the 45-year-old specialist with the club runs until 2025.
Hoffenheim previously fired head coach Andre Breitenreiter. In the last match, Hoffenheim lost to neighbors in the standings Bochum (2:5). Prior to this, the Blue-Whites were eliminated from the German Cup, losing to Leipzig.
