The Kyiv club was ready to pay about 1.2 million euros for the player
Forward of the Romanian Hermanstadt Daniel Paraskiv refused to go to Dynamo.
The player is impressed by the personal commitment from the coach of the white and blue Mircea Lucescu. However, Paraskiv is not ready to move to Dynamo due to martial law in Ukraine and the war with Russia.
“Of course, when I heard about the interest of Dynamo Kyiv and Mircea Lucescu, I was very happy. But I analyzed everything, I don’t know what the situation is, and I wouldn’t want to go over and then worry about the family’s safety. I have to think about the people who are next to me. I don’t want to take risks, even though this is a difficult decision for me,” Paraskiv emphasized.
For the transition of the striker, the people of Kiev were ready to pay about 1.2 million euros, excluding bonus payments. Daniel was supposed to be a replacement for Artem Besedin, who was rented by the Cypriot Omonia.
This season, the 23-year-old football player has scored 10 goals and 3 assists in 24 matches of the Romanian championship. Paraskiva also has one match and a goal for the Romanian national team. Hermannstadt is in 12th place in the national championship.
Mircea Lucescu’s wards did not make it to the Eurospring, having left the group stage of the Europa League. In the standings of the UPL, the Kievans occupy the third position. The team will play their next match in the Ukrainian championship with Ingulets, the base day of the tour is March 4.
