In Belgium, during a match between amateur clubs Winkel Sport and Westrosebeck, 25-year-old Arne Espil felt unwell and passed out on the pitch.
The Winkel-Sport goalkeeper saved the penalty, but immediately afterwards he fell on the lawn, after which the game was immediately stopped. The player received first aid on the pitch, including the use of a defibrillator. On the way to the hospital, the young guard died.
