The Ukrainian could not continue the fight in the 8th round
Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Viktor Vykhrist lost by technical knockout Cuban Lennier Feather in the 8th round.
The fight took place on the undercard of the fight for the vacant WBC super featherweight title between Ray Vargas and O’Shaky Foster in San Antonio (USA). The fight developed according to the scenario of the Ukrainian – he gradually scored points and even almost knocked down his opponent in the 3rd round.
In the 8th round, Vykhrist missed a very sensitive blow to the body and could not continue the fight. The referee stopped the fight and awarded the victory to Pero. This is the first defeat of the Ukrainian boxer in his professional career.
Earlier, Victor defeated the American Franklin Lawrence by unanimous decision, having won the 11th victory in the pro ring.
