According to Vladimir Volchek, the coach of Mamaev’s children, his former ward has yet to continue his competitive career.
“I believe that if there is a good offer, then Pavel will continue his career. Zhirkov and Pogrebnyak also did not play for a while, then one ended up at Zenit and the second at the Urals. I hope Pasha is now in excellent shape and will consider a valid offer, if any,” Volchek said as quoted by Sport24.
