In January, the player moved to Chelsea
Former Shakhtar winger Mikhail Mudrik arrived in Warsawto say goodbye to the team.
Mudrik became a Chelsea player in January and has already managed to play three matches in the new team. Chelsea and Shakhtar agreed to move Mudrik for 100 million euros. Chelsea are guaranteed to pay 70 million euros, and Shakhtar can receive another 30 million in the form of bonuses.
Recall that Shakhtar is now in Warsaw and preparing for the first match of the playoffs of the Europa League against Rennes.
The first match against Rennes will take place on February 16 in Warsaw at the stadium of the Polish Army named after Marshal Jozef Pilsudski. The beginning is at 19:45 Kyiv time. The second leg is February 23rd.
In the Ukrainian championship, Shakhtar takes the second place, five points behind Dnipro-1. The Pitmen will play their next match in the UPL in the spring — on March 5, Shakhtar will face Metalist 1925.
