Ex-Brighton manager Hughton appointed Ghana national football team coach

Chris Houghton named head coach of the Ghana national football team, according to to place Ghana Football Association (GFA).

Addo took charge of the Ghana national team in February last year and left the post after the group stage of the 2022 World Cup.

Houghton spent most of his playing career at Tottenham Hotspur and was appointed head coach by Newcastle, Birmingham, Brighton, Norwich City and Nottingham Forest.
