Osvaldo Giaconi back to the bench. The coach, who was born in 1947 and holds the record for promotion in Italian football with eleven jumps per category (eight among professionals, three among amateurs), has been officially appointed as the new coach of Sangiorgese, a first category Marche club. Yaconi has been absent since February 2016, when he left Fermana in Serie D. Among the most important successes of his career is Castel di Sangro’s historic promotion to Serie B in 1996 and a rescue with small club Abruzzo the following season. In 1999 he brought the Savoy back to B after nearly half a century, and two years later he achieved promotion to the cadet championship at the helm of Livorno.
