American Janick Murray became new Budivelnik head coach.
The Kiev club parted ways with mentor Valeriy Plekhanov, who took over Budivelnik in the summer of 2022. Prior to that, Marri worked in Budivelnik as an assistant to Plekhanov and Igors Miglinieks.
Murray will prepare the club for matches against the Montenegrin Millennium (March 1 and 2) in the Balkan League, and for the playoffs of the FIBA Europe Cup and the Northern European Basketball League.
Budivelnyk also leads the Ukrainian Super League, having won all 20 matches of the season.
